Mary Crotty FPRII
Managing Director
Mary began her career with the Irish Tourist Board in New York, before returning to Dublin to take up the post of in-house Public Relations Manager with the Jurys Hotel Group. Mary established a strong network of contacts and went on to establish Mary Crotty Public Relations in 1983, a consumer and corporate focused Public Relations Consultancy. Over the past 25 years, Mary has lead many memorable Public Relations campaigns on behalf of National and International Brands, as well as being Unit Publicist on a number of films, most notably Michael Collins. Mary has specialist media relations experience, in the areas of consumer, corporate, hospitality and cause related communications. Mary is a current Board Member of the Public Relations Consultants Association, a Fellow of the PRII and a Past President of the International Public Relations Network.
Gemma Dardis
Account Manager
Gemma joined the Mary Crotty Public Relations team in 2003, from her previous position as Senior Media Executive with Sainsbury Supermarkets, London. Gemma previously worked on the agency side with a consumer agency in London. A graduate of Middlesex University, Gemma has extensive Consumer experience and specialises in retail communications.
Aoife Sherwin MPRII
Account Manager
A member of the team since April 2004, Aoife studied at UCD before obtaining an honours Diploma in Public Relations, from the PRII. Prior to joining the Consultancy, Aoife worked as Assistant-to-the-Editor of IStyle Marbella Magazine and with GE Healthcare, Cork. Aoife specialises in Consumer and Fashion Public Relations.
Maria Morrison
Account Executive
Maria joined Mary Crotty Public Relations in March of 2007 after graduating from Dublin Institute of Technology, with a Masters in Public Relations. Previously to that she received a degree in Communications and Media from Loughborough University in Leicester. Before working with MCPR Maria completed placements working in Public Relations with organisations such as An Post and Arthritis Ireland.
